Host Dani – Classical & Therapeutic Yoga Workshops
Bring lineage-rooted depth to your studio, training, or community
I offer workshops and professional training modules that integrate classical yoga teachings with therapeutic application and modern nervous system understanding.
Rooted in the tradition of Sri T. Krishnamacharya and influenced by teachers including Srivatsa Ramaswami, Srishubha, Dr. Ganesh Mohan, and Vedic Chanting traditions, this work honours yoga as a precise and adaptable path for healing, clarity, and self-mastery.
While yoga traditionally points toward liberation, many modern practitioners come needing or seeking relief — from stress, anxiety, pain, and disconnection. These teachings meet both: preserving the depth of the tradition while making it relevant and applicable to everyday life.
Workshops are available for yoga studios, teacher training programs, retreat centers, and wellness or mental health organizations. All offerings are customizable to your audience and setting.
These are sample offerings. Hosts may choose individual workshops, create a curated series, or develop a full professional training pathway.
