Host Dani – Classical & Therapeutic Yoga Workshops

Bring Lineage-Rooted Depth to Your Studio, Teacher Training, or Community

I offer workshops and professional training modules that seamlessly integrate classical yoga teachings with therapeutic application and modern nervous system science.

Rooted in the tradition of Sri T. Krishnamacharya and influenced by lineage teachers including Srivatsa Ramaswami, Srishubha, Dr. Ganesh Mohan, and traditional Vedic Chanting masters, this work honors yoga as a precise, highly adaptable path for healing, mental clarity, and self-mastery.

While classical yoga points toward ultimate liberation, most modern practitioners arrive seeking immediate relief—from stress, anxiety, chronic pain, and nervous system dysregulation. These offerings meet both needs: preserving the profound depth of the tradition while delivering practical, accessible tools for everyday life.
