Dani Hébert is a yoga therapist, teacher, and educator specializing in classical yoga and therapeutic application for modern mental health and nervous system healing. With over 25 years of practice and 15 years of teaching, her work bridges tradition and science with clarity and precision. She is trained in the lineage of Sri T. Krishnamacharya through A.G. Mohan and Dr. Ganesh Mohan (Svastha Yoga), with continued study in Vinyasa Krama under Srivatsa Ramaswami, Vedic Chanting, and Yoga Sutra philosophy.
