Classical Yoga for Modern Life
Rooted in lineage. BACKED BY SCIENCE. Guided by COMPASSION.
Dani Hébert
Dani is an international yoga teacher with 25 years of dedicated personal practice and 15 years of teaching rooted in the Krishnamacharya lineage—a living tradition that weaves time-tested classical yoga wisdom with modern neuroscience and evidence-based practices for real, measurable transformation.
Through strategic partnerships with global brands including Fjallräven, Fairmont Hotels, and Wanderlust Festival, Dani has brought yoga to diverse audiences across continents. As the founder of a grassroots Yoga Initiative that has mobilized 70+ volunteers, she has directly impacted thousands of lives through accessible classical yoga and specialized yoga therapy designed for personal growth, self-mastery, and mental health resilience.
Her teaching philosophy centers on three pillars: precision (anatomically intelligent and technically sound), compassion (meeting students exactly where they are), and practices that actually work (grounded in science, tested through experience, and designed for lasting change). Whether teaching intimate studio classes, leading transformative retreats, or working one-on-one with clients navigating life's transitions, Dani creates a container where students reconnect with their bodies, settle their nervous systems, and discover their own inner resources for healing and growth.
For Dani, yoga is not just a physical practice—it's a pathway to clarity, resilience, and living with intention.
